Parents can request deletion of account, household, child profile, and reading practice data by contacting support.

What Parents Can Request
A deletion request may include household or account records, child profiles, reading sessions, Reading Time attempts, recap attempts, kudos, badges, sight-word lists, and Word Wizard generated story data if present.
What to Include
Include the parent account email, the child profile names involved, and whether you want a full account deletion or a child-specific data deletion.
Billing Records
Stripe or payment records may remain in Stripe when required for billing, tax, fraud prevention, legal, or recordkeeping purposes. Do not send full card numbers in a deletion request.
