Account Help

For login, signup, household, or child profile questions, include the parent account email and a short description of what happened.

Billing Help

For plan or Stripe billing questions, include the account email and the plan or checkout flow you were using. Do not send full card numbers.

Reading Progress Help

For child profile, reading session, kudos, or progress questions, include the child profile name and the storyteller or story involved.
